"Hey, I'm Alex (on the left), and welcome to Wedding Video Essex!
Myself & Ellis (on the right) have been filming weddings together since we graduated university together in 2015.
Since then we've gained years of experience filming hundreds of weddings, and we've become the preferred videography supplier to over 20 beautiful wedding venues here in Essex.
We've definitely mastered the perfect video keepsake
for your big day.
Having your wedding day filmed allows us to capture the moments that photos just can’t. The sounds of laughter, the emotion of crying and so much more.

We don't believe in 'add-ons' or early arrival fees, and we're also not just "Videographers". We're on hand, all day, and we're here to help with anything and everything."

Your Journey
We understand booking service providers for your big day is a long and time-consuming process! We've tried to make booking your wedding video as easy and straightforward as possible and this is how it works...
Initial Contact
We'd love to schedule a call to discuss your wedding video.
We'll check the date, the venue and exactly what you'd like from your wedding video along with brainstorming some unique ideas too.
We'll also confirm the details, the price and our availability.
Confirmed Booking
At this stage, we take a deposit to secure the date and ensure we're booked for your big day! We'll issue a digital contract that can be electronically signed at the click of a button.
You won't need to print, sign and return it.
Before The Big Day
As we get closer to the big day, we'll drop you an email to confirm final details. These will include your 'Wedding Timeline' - a running order of the day, address confirmations and any final information you think will help us get the best possible wedding video for you both.
The Big Day
Years of planning and lots of saving has come to this day!
We don't want to add any pressure so we try to be a subtle addition to the day. We'll arrive at the couple's preparation addresses and start the filming. We're then on-hand for the whole day capturing the most important day of your life to treasure those all-important memories.
We usually leave 30/45 minutes after the first dance to ensure we capture the evening's atmosphere without intruding too much.

When do we get the £500?The £500 referral fee is paid as soon as the customer signs our contract and pays the deposit. No waiting around, it’s a pretty quick process.

How’s best to sell you to our couples?We find the final booking meeting a great time to mention us. The couple have just booked your venue and their supplier search is on! Suggesting us at this point is a great opportunity to get them thinking about other suppliers too. A good leading question could be “Have you considered having your wedding filmed?”. And, of course, sending them the link to your bespoke page on our website has loads of examples of how amazing their wedding video could look.

How do we send couples your way?The easiest way is to send them to the bespoke page. They can see examples of our films at your venue and also reach out to us and then referral is tracked too. Alternatively, sending us their contact details (Name, Wedding Date, Mobile & Email) is okay too, we can reach out to them!

What if you’re not available for their date?The last couple of years we’ve been fully booked pretty quickly with couples securing their dates around 18 months in advance. Your couples will typically book 2-3 years in advance according to recent statistics. By partnering, we can secure your couple's wedding date in our diary before they would have normally considered having their wedding filmed.

Can we get some marketing materials?Yes, of course, we’d be happy to drop off flyers, business cards and a pull-up banner to ensure we can be advertised at your venue. Let us know and we’ll get them sent to you! It’d be beneficial to have a “video” section on your website where you can showcase some of our weddings filmed at your venue and details of how couples can book us.
Digital Wedding Video Delivery
We think DVD's and USB's are easy to lose, easy to break and very outdated!
We've spent so long researching and creating a platform that works perfectly for our couples! In 2020 we launched our own Wedding Film Delivery Platform, and we think it's amazing!
You'll get your own personal link, with your full wedding video collection that works on every device that connects to the internet (We've tested EVERY type of device too!).
Plus, it connects to an app that's available to download on Smart TV's, Android Devices, Apple TV & More! With one click, it will auto load your whole wedding video collection for you to watch time and time again!
You can also download the video from your private link and we can add a password at a later date to keep your wedding videos private after you've initially shared them with friends and family!
